Another one of our students has earned her guitar!!! The Arts and Cultural Program at TOC allows students to embrace our core values in the Earned Instrument Program. It takes #commitment and #perseverance and #gratitude to work hard and set a goal that results in owning an instrument. Congratulations Ashley Powell and proud mama Rena!!!!! We are so proud of you!!
